Payment Confirmation – For Services
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of services should be before event and before cancellation deadlines , in writing
- For day excursions & transfers it should be 72 hours before event
- For hotels it will be before the cancellation deadline stipulated by each hotel ranging from 21 days to 7 days before arrival
- Visa fees 100 % non-refundable
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
- We accept refunds based on (a) Due to non-delivery of services / tours. (b) Cancellation of tours due to less participants / unable to operate.
